Best known as the founder of Crushed Red Urban Bake & Chop Shop, Chris has spent his career at the intersection of culinary creativity and operational discipline. His deep experience — from concept creation and restaurant management to distributor collaboration — shapes Culinary Architects’ vision: bringing real-world restaurant thinking to the way foodservice manufacturers and distributors build programs together. 

Joshua combines a strategist’s brain with a restaurateur’s heart. A veteran of the foodservice industry, he has built his career connecting manufacturers, distributors, and operators through innovative sales and enablement programs. Before joining Culinary Architects, Josh led account management and marketing initiatives that helped brands strengthen distributor relationships and increase market share. Today, he focuses on helping partners execute smarter, faster, and more profitably turning complex supply chains into clear, actionable systems that drive growth.
